Day 3. Wed 13 Oct. Visit Krka N.P then drive to Split

After breakfast we’ll drive to Krka National Park and visit Skradinski Buk, the main part of the park and renowned for its beautiful swimming spots. From there we’ll make our way to Kalpic agrotourism farm for a typical Croatian lunch of local delicacies, before we continue to Split and check in to our hotel for the night. After our quick historical tour, we’ll enjoy a very special night-time trip using Stand Up Paddle boards which are lit by LED lights. The lights on your SUP will give you a completely new perspective on everything you see below the water. Overnight: Hotel Jupiter or similar

Day 4. Thu 14 Oct. Explore Peljesac Peninsula. Continue to Dubrovnik

This morning we drive to the Peljesac Peninsula to visit the medieval town of Ston, renowned for having the second longest walls in the world, as well as its oyster beds. We can’t visit Ston without sampling the oysters, so we’ll board a boat and go oyster tasting with a local shellfish farmer. After lunch at Bota Sare restaurant we’ll then make our way to Dubrovnik and check in to our hotel there. We’ll finish the day with a sunset hike to Mount Srd, overlooking Dubrovnik and enjoying the sunset views in a place known mainly by locals, before making our way back down to the city to spot a few of the famous Game of Thrones scenes and to have our last dinner in the heart of this fascinating historic town. Overnight: Hotel Lero
Included meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Day 5. Fri 15 Oct. Explore Dubrovnik

After breakfast we’ll meet our local guide for a morning walking tour of Dubrovnik’s Old Town, to get a feel of the place. We’ll then be spending the afternoon at a nearby farm to take part in a cooking class, using local Croatian produce. Upon arrival, we’ll meet our hosts for the afternoon, and depending on the season, desires and interests of the group, we’ll agree on a cooking plan. This will all depend on the available seasonal crops too. Once the plan is defined, we’ll go through the ingredients and the meals we’ll be cooking. The first step is making home-made bread and each participant will knead their own bread. While the dough rises, we’ll go to the garden and pick the necessary ingredients and gather fresh eggs. After we return to the kitchen, you’ll learn how to make a tasty traditional Croatian meal and cake. While the food is cooking, we’ll sample some local Croatian wine. If of interest, we can also have a go at milking the neighbour's goat! Then it’s time to finally enjoy the meal together. Bon Appetit! After the cooking class we’ll drive to the delightful coastal village of Cavtat and check into our hotel there. Overnight: Hotel in Cavtat.
Included meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner
