Emily has 15 years’ experience in the UK travel industry in sales and product development roles. She spent the early years of her career with one of the UK’s leading adventure tour operators and has worked in the retail travel sector as well as for a niche tour operator. Emily loves discovering new and niche travel experiences.
She is passionate about adventure and responsible travel, has travelled extensively and visited every continent. Her travel pace has slowed in recent years as she passes on the travel bug to her young child. Her love of exploring has led to taking part in a challenge to walk and run a total of 1000 miles in 2018.

Mark has spent over 30 years as a business owner, managing director and marketer in the travel and tourism sector, working with tourist boards, airlines, accommodation providers, local suppliers and agents, DMCs, tour operators and travel agents. Strategic planning and goal setting come very naturally to Mark, but he firmly believes that everything in business starts with understanding the needs and motivation of the customer.
During his long career, Mark has developed several market leading products, created new brands and run several companies from start-up to sale. He has travelled all over the world, has a passion for nature and the outdoors and a strong belief in responsible tourism.
The world is full of extraordinary places and we encourage anyone to travel the world. But tourism can destroy the beauty, as well as future income for countries, if it’s not managed properly for the benefit of future travellers.

Lucy has over 20 years senior marketing experience, from managing global consumer brands at top advertising agencies in London and Amsterdam, to establishing small B2B businesses on a budget.
She knows just how to get into the mindset of a target audience and communicate in a way that is relevant and engaging to them.
She is also a passionate lifelong traveller. She has visited over 90 countries over four continents and now sees the world through new eyes with her two adventure-loving small children in tow.

Hayley has travelled to over 25 different countries, worked for six major tour operators and has spent time working and living in Australia and Tonga.
With a diverse background in sales, operations, marketing, PR and blogging, Hayley has a range of knowledge specialising in adventure travel. Hayley has written in Wanderlust online and her photographs have features in various brochures.
She has co-hosted a radio show in the South Pacific, climbed above 40% of the rainforest in Borneo and has a passion for responsible tourism and climate-smart conservation.
Hannah started travelling from a young age when her father worked for American Airlines. She has been lucky enough to have visited over 40 countries so far, including nine times to Southeast Asia, the most recent one for her baby's first holiday.
She loves travelling and exploring new places and some of her favourite experiences to date include: safari in the Sabi Sands; reaching the Sun Gate, Machu Picchu, meeting Toby - a giant tortoise, on Denis Island in the Seychelles and the 13 bungy jumps she did when working in New Zealand.
Hannah started her career in the travel industry in 2010 and has worked for two of the leading UK tour operators, including being part of the initial US office set up team for Audley Travel. She is passionate about responsible travel and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Responsible Tourism Management.

After successfully gaining a degree in Film and TV production, Robin quickly found himself working directly alongside the BBC, Channel 4, Discovery Channel and other top broadcasters in Cambodia. Working as a production manager in South East Asia, Robin oversaw large scale shoots for visiting crews from around the globe, ensuring that film, TV, documentary and photoshoot projects went to plan. He was also responsible for producing a wide range of video content for local NGO’s and hotels.
Robin is now the primary video producer for the University of Southampton. He also creates, films and edits video for both the London Boat Show and Southampton Boat Show and works closely with the travel and marine sector.
Robin can provide a wide array of video production services including filming, editing, web videos, video marketing campaigns, animation, and more. He offers a number of cost effective packages ranging from one off projects through to yearly video strategy retainer contracts to ensure your video marketing is well looked after.
One of his most memorable and life-changing travel experiences was an extraordinary journey on the Trans-Siberian Railway from Moscow to Beijing.

Simona is an ACCA qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of accounting experience in the UK and abroad, across a variety of sectors. She loves getting into the detail of what makes a company tick and how the numbers add up, but she also loves working with clients, partners and suppliers to ensure the finance processes are working smoothly for all!
Apart from working with numbers, Simona is a keen traveller and loves discovering new travel experiences - from desert camping and wadi bashing in the middle east deserts to snorkelling in the Maldives and discovering new experiences in Istanbul.
Simona was born in Prague, Czech Republic but has spent most of her life either in the UK or the Middle East where she lived in Dubai for seven years or in the US, where she spent some time living in Austin, Texas.
Outside of work, Simona’s other passions are her two young children and a Labrador Vizsla cross puppy. The children have travelled to more countries than their ages and the puppy, Ellie, is just about to go on her first international trip to France later this year.
