We're different for several reasons: We know the trade. Our MD owned and managed several tour operating businesses over 30 years. He's built a great team of travel professionals who also know travel - they've also been tour operators, run lodges and DMCs, been tour guides, run specialist marketing agencies. We are passionate about what we do! We love travel and we love the clients we work with. We represent around 50 travel businesses all over the world, and we especially love developing off the beaten track destinations and specialist niche experiences. We are obsessed with client care and ROI.

The source market we know best is the UK, but we also have tour operator contacts in Europe (e.g. Germany, Scandinavia, Netherlands, Bulgaria and more), the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand…). Typically any mature travel market where experiences, adventure and specialist travel is common.

Most of our clients are DMCs (Destination Management Companies) and ITOs (Inbound Tour Operators). Plus smaller, locally owned lodges, hotels and camps. And we also work with national tourist boards on marketing campaigns, Fam Trips and representation. And we regularly work with outbound tour operators and tourist boards.

We offer representation services for DMCs and properties (lodges, camps and hotels) - introducing them to 2000+ tour operator contacts in the UK and beyond. Representation services include personal introductions to relevant targets, events and roadshows, organising fam and press trips, coordinating webinars, DMC best practice training and trade show management.
