Échos d’Afrique
It's difficult to spend time with the Échos d'Afrique team without coming away excited about Zimbabwe. You quickly see just how much thought goes into everything they do, from the trusted relationships they've built across the country over many years to their exciting itineraries led by specialist local guides.
They're just as passionate about the positive impact of tourism too, supporting local communities through their 'Pay it Forward' experiences and working with partners who share their responsible approach to travel.

Zimbabwe
Based at Victoria Falls, Échos d’Afrique operates authentic tours across the country.
Adventure & culture
They design bespoke tours for FITs and groups, combining old-school customer service with exceptional attention to detail. They reveal a different side to Zimbabwe, whether visiting recognised highlights or hidden wonders, with activities including walking and water based safaris, hiking, biking, kayaking and cultural experiences - ranging from ancient rock art, to taking part in traditional ceremonies with local communities.
Quality without compromise
Locally owned, they have a passionate and friendly team that have worked with international markets for many years. They use expert specialist guides for wildlife, activity and history trips (including professors of archaeology from leading universities). They also have a new, well-maintained fleet of vehicles and boats.
Since 2019
Founded over seven years ago, Échos d'Afrique brings together more than 56 years of collective tourism and hospitality experience. They have built trusted, long-standing relationships with local chiefs, government authorities, hotels and operators across the country, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional travel programmes with a highly personal approach.
Messias Maoneni
With more than 30 years' experience, their enigmatic Founder, Messias, ensures every tour respects local people and wildlife. Responsible travel is a core part of the business, working with their partners to reduce their environmental footprint. Through their original 'Pay it Forward' experiences, clients also have the opportunity to get involved directly with projects and the local communities that they support.
