Highly trained in-house guides are supported by qualified experts (e.g., Egyptologists, marine biologists). As they put it, in order to create exceptional experiences, “know who is as important as know how!” A dedicated quality-control team ensures standards remain high. Sustainability is a big part of their ethos: they have achieved Biosphere Committed status, support local NGOs and community projects ensuring local communities benefit from their tours. Since 1976

Founded in 1976 by tourism pioneer Elhamy El Zayat, Emeco Travel has spent nearly five decades helping to redefine how the world experiences Egypt. He even produced Frank Sinatra’s legendary 1979 concert at the Pyramids of Giza and staged the first-ever events at ancient temples! He has built Emeco Travel to become one of Egypt's most well-known and well-respected DMCs.
