Their successful ‘Local Heroes’ program was developed in 2016, so that visitors can experience an authentic cultural exchange with real people. Purely B2B, their creatively designed tours cover the breadth and depth of India, feature a wide range of activities (including hiking, biking, rafting), responsibly run wildlife safaris and an array of special interests, all with exceptional expert guides.

J Sethuraman
J. Sethuraman (or Sethu) is the CEO of Travel XS and has been connected to tourism since childhood. With roots in hospitality through his father (who founded Mamalla Hotels), he was naturally drawn to the world of travel. His extensive experience means he has a deep understanding of both what India can offer and what travellers want, driving him to design unique tours that go beyond sightseeing, and connect people with the real spirit of the country.
