Khiri Travel
"There is so much more to Cambodia than Angkor Wat, and that's something the local team at Khiri Travel are really keen to show people. They truly understand what tour operators need and are passionate about finding interesting places and people in their country, to create exclusive itineraries that you simply wouldn't find on a typical tour.
They are a very impressive company with a long history of designing genuinely ethical and unique travel experiences - supporting a wide range of community and conservation projects through their Khiri Reach program."

Cambodia
Khiri Travel operates a wide range of immersive tours across Cambodia, with offices in both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
Cultural connections
Purely B2B, they create highly personalised, experience-rich journeys for FITs and groups, showcasing Cambodia well beyond Angkor Wat. Their diverse portfolio connects travellers with the country's people, culture, nature and lesser-known regions through activities including cycling through rural villages, exploring ancient temples with specialist guides, trekking, wildlife encounters, overland adventures and homestays with local families.
Sustainability with substance
Combining the personal touch and flexibility of a boutique DMC with an established network, they can create unique itineraries for different travel styles and budgets. Their local team is constantly exploring lesser-known places and developing their Signature Experiences. GSTC-certified, responsible tourism is also central to their ethos, working with local communities and NGOs. They support initiatives such as the Elephant Valley Project and community home stays on Tonle Sap Lake.
Since 1993
Khiri Travel began 33 years ago with a passion for discovery and a pioneering spirit in Southeast Asia. Today, they have established bases in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Sri Lanka. In Cambodia, they've built an expert local team, many of whom have been with the company for over 10 years.
John Black
John's journey in Asia began in 2005 as a Tour Leader, where he developed a love for Cambodia and its culture. He joined Khiri Travel in 2021. Passionate about sharing lesser known spots of the country, John believes in creating meaningful travel experiences that benefit the local people and the environment.
