If you're a DMC, an inbound tour operator or a property (for properties we particularly specialise in representing sustainably run lodges and hotels) then we would represent you to the travel trade in the UK (and other international source markets). It's like we become your UK office: we develop a strategy for approaching the market, identifying your USPs and key messages, making sure you're fully compliant with tour operator requirements and then approaching operators that are a good match for your strengths. Ultimately we'll find you long lasting commercial partnerships - and we monitor success by measuring the revenue we generate to give you a good return on investment. Most of our clients have stayed with us for many, many years. Why do they do that? Because we're helping them to become more profitable.

Here the soft volcanic rock has created cones, caves and valleys through erosion. Overnight: Grande Bay Resort (or similar)Included meals: Lunch and dinner
As mentioned above, once we've developed a strategy for a client, we develop a list of target niche markets to approach. This might be walking and trekking companies, group tour specialists, schools and educational companies, high end FIT specialists… once we've established the target markets our team will then approach tour operators personally - but in a variety of ways. We are not 'hard sell' - work on developing solid, long term relationships with operators, and the most important aspect of this is trust. The operators trust that we understand how product managers work. They trust that we won't bombard them with anything irrelevant. And they trust that we're efficient - we track everything we do in a CRM system and so, if a tour operator tells us they're not developing new destinations until a certain time in the year, we won't bother them again. We back all of this up with attending travel trade shows in the UK and all over the world, we send EDMs (electronic newsletters) at least once a week, and we post on all relevant social media channels pretty much daily - our marketing team is amazing and work closely with a wonderful group of representation managers. Our team is incredible.
After breakfast at the hotel and short sight inspection we depart towards the Northern Plains region. Along the way, enjoy a scenic drive through rural landscapes and mountain scenery before stopping for lunch near the Blue Falls area, renowned for its spectacular waterfalls and lush surroundings. After lunch, continue to Tocu Tent Camp and check in upon arrival. Today, immerse yourself in the otherworldly beauty of Cappadocia, a region renowned for its unique geological formations and rich history. Our journey will take us through some of the most iconic sites in the area.
Start your adventure at the Göreme Valley Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This museum is an extraordinary complex of rock-cut churches, chapels and monasteries, dating back to the 10th to 12th centuries. The frescoes adorning the walls of these structures are remarkably well-preserved, depicting scenes from the Bible and the life of Jesus.
Next we will marvel at the fairy chimneys, the iconic rock formations that Cappadocia is famous for. These tall, thin spires of rock were formed over millennia by volcanic activity and erosion. The fairy chimneys are scattered throughout the region, with some of the best examples found in the Devrent Valley and Pasabag (Monk’s Valley). Finally, delve into the depths of one of Cappadocia’s many underground cities. These subterranean complexes were carved out of the soft volcanic rock by ancient civilisations as early as the Hittite period. They were used as hiding places during times of invasion and persecution. The most famous underground cities are Derinkuyu and Kaymakli, which extend several levels below ground and include living quarters, kitchens, wineries and even chapels. We will visit Kaymakli underground city.
Later you will join an immersive cooking experience in a Turkish village house where you'll learn to prepare a three-course meal, mainly using the traditional method 'Tandir.' Starting around 17:30 and concluding by 21:30, you'll enjoy your delicious creations after the cooking session. Indulge yourself in Turkish culinary traditions and savour your prepared dishes in a traditional village setting. The restaurant was turned from a family home to a restaurant and run by the family, the mother will pass down her knowledge during this class.
In the morning, there is the option to enjoy a hot air balloon flight over the stunning valleys of Cappadocia. Additional €200 per person. This can be confirmed on your arrival to Istanbul on the 15th of June.
Overnight in Cappadocia.

And we also work with national tourist boards on marketing campaigns, Fam Trips and representation. And we regularly work with outbound tour operators and tourist boards.
We guarantee to do our best to find all the existing possibilities for quality partnerships on the UK market. The exact results depend on various circumstances, such as the current demand for a destination and the responsiveness of our clients.
Our representation services work on a monthly subscription basis, with an average contract length of two years. Our specialists are in constant contact with our tour operator network (2000+ companies), looking for business opportunities for our clients. Each of our clients passes through a thorough assessment and onboarding process before we start representing them, and this is the main reason why so many buyers trust us. With each new DMC client, we make sure it matches the standards of the UK travel trade and is truly capable of providing services matching the requirements of the industry. We check the operational and customer service capacity for each DMC we onboard, and also make sure they cover all the legal requirements of the UK outbound market. We always set very precise terms from the very beginning of each collaboration.
Yes, we represent multiple properties per destination as long as they are located in different regions and there is no local conflict of interest.
We have well-established processes within the company, and we monitor and measure the work done for each of our clients. This is clearly communicated to our partners during quarterly meetings, where our team presents a detailed report with the number of tour operators reached and the generated interest. Our contract duration is normally two years, as we say thats the average length of time it will take for you to see a significant return on your investment. We normally aim for at least 150% ROI within two years (but most of our clients get a lot more than this). 75% of our clients renew after those two years because they can see the difference we make to their revenue.

No, we aim to have only one DMC per destination to avoid conflicts of interest and deliver the best results to our partners. Ideally, we look for inbound operators operating throughout a country, delivering an equally high-standard service in every region. We know tour operators prefer to have one supplier per destination and always look for clients that can meet this standard. In very rare cases, we might have more than one DMC per country when they operate in separate regions or cater for different market segments, but that is always coordinated with all sides of the partnership.

Yes, and this is actually one of the most valuable parts of our representation services. We offer the opportunity to facilitate a Fam Trip organised by our clients, helping them reach representatives of the most relevant tour operators for the experiences and destinations they operate in. We are involved in the whole process of planning, from the itinerary design to the promotion and selection of the most relevant participants. We are also well-connected with airlines, so for some destinations we can also secure free sponsored plane tickets.
For successful results, our clients need to be very responsive to buyer introductions, following the guidelines we provide. We know very well what UK tour operators need, and our advice is based on years of experience in the market.

Absolutely, we are very experienced in organising Fam Trips and offer them as a service to each of our clients. Each year, we organise about 6 to 10 Fam Trips, hosted by our DMC partners, and coordinate the complete process from itinerary planning to selecting the most relevant tour operator representatives. You can see all upcoming departures (along with reviews and feedback for past ones) on our Fam Trip page. Our Fam Trips usually include ground logistics, and for some we also manage to offer airfare too. In each case, we perform a thorough evaluation of those willing to participate to ensure only decision-makers with genuine interest are included.
Absolutely, for our redesign projects, we do a full brand assessment and offer complete solutions ranging from logo creation to website development.
No, we do not charge buyers or require any legal arrangements for connecting them with the properties we represent. Our goal is to provide maximum exposure to our clients, and all our introductions (and event admissions) are free of charge for tour operator/buyer representatives.
Our first destination is Gobekli Tepe, the most significant archaeological site of our time, reshaping our understanding of early human history.

Following this, we will visit the Halepli Bahce Mosaic Museum, Kizilkoyun Nekropolis, and the Sanliurfa Archaeology Museum.

We normally aim for at least 150% ROI within two years (but most of our clients get a lot more than this). 75% of our clients renew after those two years because they can see the difference we make to their revenue.
