Purely B2B, they have built their own ‘VG Tour Manager’ system to operate trips efficiently and have the highest level of public liability insurance in the region ($1.35m) as well as comprehensive risk management systems. Responsible travel is a priority and they have a robust sustainability policy and a long history of supporting local charities. Also a dedicated Quality Control Manager to ensure consistently high standards. In 2001 they established their own Guide Academy and only use in-house guides (not freelancers) who have completed this extensive course.
